Sarpreet completed her Bachelors and Masters in Physiotherapy in 2015. She migrated to Australia in 2017 and cleared her exams with Australian Physiotherapy Council for overseas physiotherapists.
Since then she has had a variety of experience in aged care, workplace health and training, and as well as private practice. Her physiotherapy management includes dry needling, kinesio taping and customised exercise programs for rehabilitation as well as weight loss. Jane also believes in providing the necessary knowledge to her patients in achieving the best long term health outcomes.

Sarpreet has had experience with and has developed a keen interest in the following clinical areas:

  • Chronic disease management of musculoskeletal conditions e.g. Osteoarthritis
  • Gerontology – including gait retraining, falls prevention, balance training, manual handling advice for carers/family members and clients, and exercise programs for more senior clients
  • Early intervention and management of musculoskeletal conditions such as tendinopathies, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis etc.
  • Physiotherapy management of Neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s Disease and Stroke
  • Post-operative rehabilitation e.g. total hip arthroplasty, total knee replacement, sub-acromial decompression, post-ORIF joint procedure rehabilitation
  • Sports injuries and acute musculoskeletal injuries
  • Physiotherapy management of chronic cardiorespiratory conditions such as COPD

Humaira holds a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology and is a member of the Australia Psychological Society. Humaira has been working with refugees for the past 3 years providing assessment and ongoing counselling support to individuals and families who have experienced significant trauma in their past.

Tim has completed a Master’s of Clinic and Exercise Rehabilitation enabling him to continue his passion for helping people as an Exercise Physiologist. Working primarily in a clinic setting, Tim has developed a well-rounded skillset that can assist patients with a broad spectrum of health conditions and pathologies.

Beyond the bounds of Exercise Physiology, you can find Tim in the shed brushing up on his woodworking skills or working on his car. When the weather permits, he and his fiancé embark on spontaneous walks around the Mornington Peninsula.

Narelle is a Registered Nurse and graduated from Monash University in 1998 with a Bachelor Of Applied Science (Nursing),

From a young age she has always been interested in community care and qualified as a Surf Lifesaver after attaining her Bronze Medalliion.

She has experience in a wide variety of clinical areas in both public and private hospitals ranging from Paediatrics and Cardiology, through to Rehabilitation and Palliative Care

After taking time to raise her family, she returned to nursing and has since gained accreditation as an Immunisation Nurse

She enjoys the variety in General Practice, and has experience with wound care, chronic disease management , health assessments and care plans.

Away from the clinical setting, she is a member of The Australian Women’s Choir, as well as a local choral group and loves to play music on a variety of instruments.
